1. Our customers in the Bangkok or provincial areas need not pay for the transportation of materials or relevant travelling fees.

2.PD House provides these services to all our customers : Applications for an electricity meter, water meter and construction permit. (Fees and deposits are covered by the company).

3. For your convenience, PD House will coordinate with the bank on property assessment, payment installments and payment transfers.

4.We provide 20 years warranty for the structure of the house and 1 - 2 years warranty for general work.

5.The duration of the construction is dated the day the construction contract is signed. The construction is congruent with the principle and theory of solid and reliable construction with the steps and the time element stated in the contract.

6.The payment installments are divided as per the progress and the cost of the construction.

7. There are more than 200 home designs for our customers to choose from that are sure to meet everyone’s needs, tastes and budget.

8. With nearly 30 offices to provide services covering more than 60 provinces, you can contact the one nearest you.
