A Delightful Senior’s Promotion

Terms and conditions’
- The promotion is only valid for customers who have their home built in Bangkok and nearby provinces (Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Samut Prakan, Pathum Thani, Samut Sakhon and Nakhon Pathom) only. For customers who have their homes built upcountry, the company reserves the right to provide the promotion as specified.
- The promotion is valid for customers who book to build a home with the standard design of the company within the time specified (book by October 31, 2022 and contract signing by November 30,2022).
- Customers who register online at www.pd.co.th will receive a free voucher valued at 30,000 baht (thirty thousand baht only).
- Book and pay back reimbursement are for customers who book to have their home built from the standard designs of the company which have functionalities for the elderly, the pay back reimbursement amount of 200,000 baht will be used as a discount towards the construction costs;
- The elderly care unit valued at 20,000 baht from Lamtan includes a Zigbee Minihub, two Smart 360° Wifi Cameras, two Smart Wifi Sockets, two Smart Motion Sensors, a Smart SOS, two Smart Door & Window Sensors. The company will award to the customer who books and signs the contract and when full payment is made during the promotion dates (by November 30,2022).
- A health check package Supreme Check- Up and an antibacterial air conditioner will be awarded when the house is handed over to the customer and is paid in full.
